Here at Social Living Productions, we want to thank everyone that participated in "4 Seasons" on March 10th 2007. I've heard from many people that everyone had a bangin' good time.
Kim Behrens was our photographer covering the show inside, outside, and backstage. Our producer, Dale Phurrough, photoedited them bringing out the best. Below are several pages of those photos. Pease enjoy! Check back here later...we will have video from the show.

Sorry for the slight pause in our blog. We've been hard at work creating a show for you that will engage and entertain you. Below is a sneak peek rough render of some video that we're making for the Winter dance as part of the show. This is just a tiny slice of some interaction that will happen when projected on stage with the live choreography done by our dancers.

Though all of you might like to see a dance from our previous show to get a feel for how beautiful they are once rehearsed and with lighting. Four artists from Tokyo 2025 were in the 12 Minutes Max showcase this past Sunday and Monday at On the Boards. Here is a video of the duet "Iron and Silk" from the Tokyo 2025 show that was part of the showcase. More info at
It is a great success that On the Boards is showcased part of our show this past weekend. Wahoo for Kristin (choreographer also for 4 Seasons), Ben (music), and the two dancers Marisa and Erin. The Stranger had the showcase as Monday's Stranger Suggests and the Seattle Weekly writes specifically about our choreographer Kristin in their arts article for Sunday; Kristin looks great in the print picture.

Our dancers are performing the "Tokyo 2025" duet and solo dances at On the Boards (OTB) this Sunday and Monday night at 7pm. 12 Minutes Max is a showcase series of OTB's for current work or works-in-progress.
Congratulations to Kristin Von Claret (choreographer), Marisa Glesk (dancer), Erin Simons (dancer), and Ben Bethurum (musician). This is a wonderful opportunity for them to showcase their talent to more people.
Last year in our first two shows "Tokyo 2025" and "Revenge of Tokyo 2025", we collaborated with the local electronic music producer/performer Ben Bethurum to create an original soundtrack for our show's modern dance performances choreographed by Kristin Von Claret. Three songs and dances were created. They were performed live last year during our shows w/ live music from Ben's four piece band Bethurum Collective.
"4 Seasons" will continue in this tradition of collaboration with music, dance, video, and light. Get ready for the show on March 10th and buy your tickets. |

Thomas, who helped with the set in our last show, and Dale met to talk about an interactive calendar. Since the show is about the progression of time through a year, we've decided to make a calendar for each seasons which people can write on, leave their mark, put significant dates, funny notes...whatever. Here is a tiny part of our early sketches. And guess what? The calendars move!

Tonight, we had a film shoot that Travis Senger of LT Productions ran. Travis is creating the video component of the 4 Seasons show. It was your typical shoot with lights, camera, director, camera man, production assistant, talent, and creative solutions to work through some on site challenges.
So...what are we doing? Well, I don't want to give too much away. We'll just say that 4 Seasons will have video projection inside AND outside of Neumos. It will be throughout the entire 5 hour show and it will change over the course of the night. And, at times, it will be interactive. All this with great performances from Lee Coombs, The Seedling Escape, and A Wizard & the Muze.

Today, the dancers were rehearsing again for our show. Here's a quick video we captured of some of the dances. This is very early in their rehearsal schedule with much more practice and polish to come. Some of what you see they learned the same day this video was taken. At the end of the video are some comments from Kristin (choreographer), Marisa, and Jana on the dance and its style.
